The fine folk at The Ethicurean can’t put a foot wrong. In the relatively short time I have worked with them they have gone from a market stall to an award-winning restaurant in Wrington Walled Garden. Early advocates of locally sourced and foraged foods, The Ethicurean menus are seasonal and intensely inventive.
I built them a beautiful website to coincide with the launch of their first cookery book, and a micro site a couple of years later for their Collector Vermouth, a product of a side project in the restaurant. Both make use of a wealth of incredible imagery and bold, simple typography. Truly a case of letting content speak for itself.
Both of these sites, as I designed them, are now offline but I have kept them here for posterity. Hey, I liked them so much OK!
